Dr. Greg Faimon, Md
Dr. Greg Faimon MD, graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine, is an emergency department physician that has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Faimon has spent his career working in urban and rural emergency departments providing care. Using his skill set and leadership from years of experience as an ER medical director, Faimon partnered with Nikolas Ford PA-C to form StatCare.
Nikolas Ford PA-C, MPAS
Nikolas Ford PA-C, MPAS, a graduate of Wichita State University Physician Assistant Program, has been providing ED coverage since graduation in 2006. Ford started his career in rural Kansas providing primary care and then transitioned into emergency medicine. Ford was colleagues with Dr. Faimon for many years in a large Wichita, KS hospital ED.
Faimon and Ford’s team understands the importance of a hospital to its community.
Faimon and Ford both grew up in very small Kansas towns and understand the importance of a hospital to its community. We utilize quality ER providers that have the knowledge and desire to work in a smaller community to help benefit the hospital and patients it serves.
karen larsen Msn, APRN, NP-C
A graduate of Graceland University Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2016, Larsen began providing care in rural Kansas in both the primary care and emergency settings. Larsen brings over 30 years of emergency and pre-hospital critical care background into her practice
Teresa Pearson, APRN
Teresa began her medical career in 1989 with ground EMS and then transitioned to become a flight nurse/paramedic working for several different services. After graduation from Washburn University in 2013, Teresa started working as a board certified Emergency Nurse Practitioner in both rural and urban emergency departments.
MELANIE HALL, APRN
Melanie has been working in the medical field since 2003. Her nursing background was at a large level 1 trauma center in Wichita as a Trauma Surgical ICU RN. She graduated from Maryville University's Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2018. She has been providing care in a rural health clinic as well as in the ER in at a rural hospital. She has a passion for learning and helping others.
Heather Bastian, APRN
Heather Bastian, graduate of University of Kansas School of Nursing, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience providing healthcare in ER and clinic settings. She started her career in rural North Dakota, and now works primarily throughout Kansas. She enjoys working in both urban and rural areas.
Dana Jordan PA-C
Dana began her medical career in 1990 working for a ground EMS service. After realizing how much she enjoyed working with patients, Dana attended the Wichita State University Physician Assistant Program.
After graduating in 1996, she began providing health care in both family practice and in the emergency department. Throughout her 25 year career, she has worked in urban and rural hospitals.
